The best ZoomInfo alternatives in 2026, ranked by job

Nine ZoomInfo alternatives, five lanes, and one honest note: ZoomInfo and every tool ranked here sells contact or company data you search and export. Pricing was read from each vendor’s own page on 26 September 2026, with the source and the date on every figure so you can check it yourself. I built EaseClaw, which is not a database at all, so it sits in its own lane at the bottom of the list rather than competing on credits or database size.

Read this first

I am Pritesh Mann, the founder of EaseClaw, and EaseClaw is the entry in the fifth lane on this list. I have not run the other nine tools myself. Everything about them comes from their own pricing pages, product pages and help centers, plus G2 and Trustpilot for public reviews, each read on 26 September 2026. Every price links to the page it was read from and carries that date.

ZoomInfo itself is not ranked here: this is a page of alternatives to it, not a page that includes it as an option. Its own pricing and marketing pages would not render for an automated read on 26 September 2026, returning a bot-verification check instead of a plan list, so its cost section below leans on a third-party pricing benchmark rather than ZoomInfo’s own numbers, and says so plainly.

Two things did not render cleanly and are named rather than guessed at. Apollo and RocketReach build their pricing tables in JavaScript, so a real browser tab read the rendered figures where a plain fetch returned an empty shell, and RocketReach’s own page served Indian rupees rather than dollars at the location this was read from, which is disclosed on its row rather than converted.

The ten, side by side

Entry prices, not promotional ones, except where a vendor’s own page showed no other figure. The rows run lane by lane, in the same order as the cards further down.

EaseClaw
our product
A founder who wants a shortlist of warm buyers and a drafted message, not a database to search by hand.Finds and writes to warm buyers itself; there is no database to search and no credit balance to manage.$99 a month, one LinkedIn account per personFree for 7 days on every plan, no card required.

Each price in that table links the page it was read from. The full plan-by-plan table further down carries every tier, not just the entry one.

The five lanes

Most bad purchases in this category are lane mistakes: buying a database when what you actually need is a sequencer, or paying enterprise compliance pricing for a lookup you could have done for $37 a month. Pick the lane that matches your job before you compare a single feature.

Best for one seat that finds people and emails them
A contact database and a sequencer in the same seat, so you are not stitching two subscriptions together to go from a name to a sent email.
Best for enterprise-grade, compliance-focused data
Built for regulated industries and larger teams: phone-verified records, GDPR and CCPA compliance work done for you, and a sales call before you see a plan.
Best for fast, self-serve email and phone lookups
Sign up, buy credits, reveal a contact. No sales call, no minimum seats, the cheapest way into verified data on this page.
Best for finding people without leaving LinkedIn
Search or enrich from inside LinkedIn itself, or inside the CRM you already run, instead of a separate database tab.
Best for founder-led warm-buyer discovery
You do not search a database at all. The tool decides who is worth writing to from live signals, and writes to them.

The tools, lane by lane

One card per tool: what it does in the vendor’s own words, the entry price, who it fits, one real strength and one real weakness. Every quote traces to the page linked at the foot of the card.

Best for one seat that finds people and emails them

01
Apollo

A combined contact database and outbound sequencer, billed through one credit system: a verified email costs 1 credit, a phone number costs 8, and every plan card states its yearly credit allowance up front rather than a vague cap. The Free tier runs forever on 900 credits a seat a year, and paid tiers add AI-assisted research, sequencing, deliverability tooling and a dialer.

Entry price
$49 a seat a month, billed annually (Basic)
Best for
Teams that want the search and the send in one subscription instead of pairing a database with a separate sequencer.
Free tier or trial
Yes, free forever: 900 credits a seat a year, granted monthly, with two sequences and basic filters.
What stands out
Its own pricing page states a 4.7 out of 5 rating across 9,690 reviews, and independent G2 read on 26 September 2026 matches it closely at 4.7 across 9,834.
What to weigh against it
Phone numbers cost 8 times an email in credits, so a phone-heavy list burns through a plan fast, and Organization, the tier with SSO and advanced security, needs a minimum of 3 seats before you can buy it.

Best for enterprise-grade, compliance-focused data

01
Cognism

A contact database built around phone-verified numbers and compliance work for GDPR and CCPA, sold in two seat-bundled tiers, Standard and Pro, each including 5 seats before you add more. Every plan runs on a credit model, and both add-on products, CRM Enrichment and a volume-priced Data-as-a-Service feed, are sold on top rather than included.

Entry price
Not published; sold through a sales call, 5 seats included per plan
Best for
Regulated industries and EU-heavy teams who need compliance guarantees more than a same-day self-serve signup.
Free tier or trial
No free tier and no self-serve trial. Every plan starts with a call to Cognism's sales team.
What stands out
Credits are included in the subscription rather than metered separately on top of a base fee, and Cognism's own page cites an average pipeline increase of 20 to 40 percent for its customers, a vendor claim not independently checked here.
What to weigh against it
No published price anywhere on the pricing page, so you cannot compare it to a self-serve tool without first booking a call, and the credit model still asks you to estimate your monthly reveal volume before that call.
02
Seamless.AI

A real-time contact search engine with a Free tier that never expires, plus Pro and Enterprise tiers sold only through a sales call. Pro bundles an AI research assistant, data enrichment, an autopilot feature and buyer intent data as add-ons rather than separate purchases, and both paid tiers include unlimited CSV exports.

Entry price
Not published; Pro and Enterprise are sold through a sales call
Best for
Solo reps and small teams who want to try a live database with zero upfront commitment.
Free tier or trial
Yes: one user, 50 credits, no time limit on the plan itself.
What stands out
Its own pricing page states plainly that there are no setup fees on any tier, paid or free.
What to weigh against it
Neither paid tier prices publicly, so you cannot budget for it the way you can for Apollo or Lusha, and the feature list beyond Pro depends on what an Enterprise sales conversation lands you.
03
UpLead

A contact database billed strictly per contact: its own pricing page defines a credit as unlocking one contact's email and mobile direct dial together, rather than metering email and phone separately the way Apollo and Lusha do. Essentials and Plus are self-serve; Professional is annual-billing-only with a price you get on a demo call.

Entry price
$74 a month, billed annually (Essentials)
Best for
Teams who want a plain one-credit-one-contact price without a bundled sequencer changing the math.
Free tier or trial
A 7-day free trial with 5 credits. No ongoing free tier.
What stands out
The cheapest named self-serve entry price of the enterprise-data lane, at $74 a month on the annual plan.
What to weigh against it
Professional, the tier most growing teams eventually need, is annual-billing-only with no published number, so the real cost past Plus is a demo call away, same as the tools with no self-serve tier at all.

Best for fast, self-serve email and phone lookups

01
Lusha

A browser extension and CRM-integrated lookup tool, credit-based like Apollo: revealing a verified email costs 1 credit, a phone number costs 5. The Free tier runs 40 credits a month with no card required to start, and unused credits on monthly billing roll over up to twice the plan's monthly limit.

Entry price
$37.45 a month, billed annually (Starter)
Best for
Individuals and small teams who want the lowest all-in entry price for verified contact reveals.
Free tier or trial
Yes, 40 credits a month, no card required to start.
What stands out
Unused credits accumulate up to twice the monthly limit on monthly billing, so a slow month is not simply lost.
What to weigh against it
Switch to annual billing and unused credits reset after a year instead of rolling over, and a phone reveal costs five times an email reveal, so a phone-first workflow burns through a plan faster than the sticker price suggests.
02
RocketReach

A contact search engine built around integrations, wiring straight into Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Salesloft and Bullhorn, plus an Autopilot feature that keeps a saved search running in the background on Pro and Ultimate. Its own page claims a database of 700 million professionals and 60 million companies.

Entry price
Its own pricing page rendered only in Indian rupees at the location this was read from; team pricing starts at $6,000 a year
Best for
Teams already paying for Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft who want a lookup tool that plugs straight into what they run.
Free tier or trial
3 free lookups, no credit card required to sign up.
What stands out
Unlimited verified emails ship on every paid tier, including the cheapest one, not gated to a higher plan.
What to weigh against it
The pricing page served this read entirely in Indian rupees rather than dollars, with no visible currency switch, so anyone outside that pricing region has to start a signup before seeing a number in their own currency.
03
Kaspr

A Chrome extension that reveals contact details from inside LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, plus CSV enrichment and lead management. The Free tier never expires, and unlimited B2B email credits start on the cheapest paid tier, Starter, with phone and direct-email credits staying capped through Business.

Entry price
EUR 59 a user a month (Starter)
Best for
LinkedIn-first prospectors who want a reveal button on the profile rather than a database to search separately.
Free tier or trial
Yes, forever: 15 B2B email credits, 5 phone credits and 5 direct email credits a month.
What stands out
Unlimited B2B email credits are included from the cheapest paid tier up, not reserved for Business or Enterprise.
What to weigh against it
Phone and direct-email credits stay capped even on Business at $99 a month, and Enterprise, the only tier with unlimited credits across the board, has no published price.

Best for finding people without leaving LinkedIn

01
LinkedIn Sales Navigator

LinkedIn's own sales tool: search with more than 50 filters across over a billion members, saved searches, alerts on job changes, and InMail credits, 50 a month on every tier, for messaging someone outside your network. Advanced and Advanced Plus add CRM sync to Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Oracle Sales.

Entry price
$119.99 a month (Core)
Best for
Anyone who wants contact data that is LinkedIn's own current profile, not a third-party database that can lag it.
Free tier or trial
A free trial gated to members who have not used one in the past 365 days, and a card is required to start it.
What stands out
InMail credits reach people entirely outside your network, a channel none of the pure data vendors on this page offer at all.
What to weigh against it
It is a search and messaging tool, not a bulk export: there is no CSV of verified emails and phone numbers to download, and Advanced Plus carries no published price.
02
Clearbit, now HubSpot Breeze Intelligence

Clearbit was acquired by HubSpot and folded into Breeze Intelligence in HubSpot's Fall 2024 product wave. It is not a standalone product any more: Data Enrichment and Buyer Intent, the two features that used to be Clearbit, now run inside an existing Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Data Hub or Content Hub subscription and consume HubSpot Credits, the same usage-based currency that bills HubSpot's other AI agents.

Entry price
Not a standalone product; billed in HubSpot Credits inside a paid Hub subscription
Best for
Teams already paying for a HubSpot Hub who want enrichment and website buyer intent added to the CRM they already use.
Free tier or trial
No free tier, and no separate purchase: it only runs inside a paid HubSpot Hub, Starter tier or above.
What stands out
One bill instead of two vendors, since enrichment and intent spend the same HubSpot Credits as HubSpot's other AI features.
What to weigh against it
You cannot buy it stand-alone the way Clearbit used to sell: without an existing paid Hub subscription there is nothing to purchase, and HubSpot's own per-credit price for it did not appear on the page this was read from.

Best for founder-led warm-buyer discovery

01
EaseClaw our product

EaseClaw is not a contact database. Paste your website and the agent learns what you sell and who should buy it, then finds warm buyers on LinkedIn from buying signals: people engaging with a competitor's posts, people who just changed jobs, people asking for recommendations, companies hiring for the problem you solve. It writes the invite and the follow up in your voice, waits for the accept, then sends the first message, with every reply landing in one inbox.

Entry price
$99 a month, one LinkedIn account per person
Best for
A founder who wants a shortlist of warm buyers and a drafted message, not a database to search by hand.
Free tier or trial
Free for 7 days on every plan, no card required.
What stands out
Every plan runs on the same flat monthly price with no credit balance to watch or top up mid-month.
What to weigh against it
One LinkedIn account per person and no rotation, no bulk contact export, no phone numbers, and it is a 2026 product with no third-party review trail yet to check it against.

If Sales Navigator is the tool you are weighing most seriously against a full database purchase, the Sales Navigator comparison goes deeper on what it does and does not do. If your shortlist is really about warm buyers rather than a database at all, buyer intent signals explains the signals worth acting on, and LinkedIn cold outreach covers what to send once you have a name. If Apollo is the tool you are actually comparing EaseClaw against, the Apollo alternatives roundup covers that side by side.

Every plan, every price

Every figure below was read on the date in its row, from the URL in its row. Euro prices stay in euros and the RocketReach rows stay in Indian rupees, because no exchange rate was verified on the day and a converted price would be a number nobody published.

ZoomInfo’s row is not a price: its own pricing page would not render for this read, so the row links a third-party pricing benchmark instead and the FAQ below explains why. Clearbit is now HubSpot Breeze Intelligence and has no standalone price at all; it only runs inside an existing paid HubSpot Hub subscription, billed through the same credits as HubSpot’s other AI features.

Is ZoomInfo legit?

Yes. ZoomInfo is a real, publicly traded company and the largest named contact and company database among the tools on this page, and its G2 rating reflects the strength of the product for the buyers who evaluate it there: 4.5 out of 5 across 9,154 reviews, read 26 September 2026 under its current listing, GTM Workspace, Powered by ZoomInfo. Its Trustpilot score is a different story, 1.8 out of 5 across 337 reviews the same day, dominated by complaints about pricing opacity and rigid annual contract terms rather than the data itself.

The two scores are not a contradiction so much as two different audiences. G2 skews toward verified enterprise buyers rating the product against alternatives they seriously evaluated. Trustpilot captures more small business owners writing after a sales or billing experience went badly, which is exactly the part of ZoomInfo’s own pricing page that would not render for this page’s automated read either: a bot-verification wall stood in place of any plan, price or signup flow on 26 September 2026. A SaaS pricing benchmark, Vendr, reports a median contract of $33,500 a year across 1,573 tracked purchases, with figures from about $7,200 to over $155,000 depending on seats, platform and data volume, which is a third party’s reported range, not ZoomInfo’s own published number.

Where EaseClaw fits, and where it does not

Since I built one of these, here it is in the same words the rest of the site uses, so you do not buy it for the wrong job. EaseClaw is the AI agent that finds warm buyers on LinkedIn and runs outreach for founder-led B2B companies, without building prospect lists by hand. Built for founders and small B2B sales teams selling high-value products or services, especially when there is no dedicated SDR. It is not a database: there is nothing here to search, filter or export, and no credits to spend on a reveal. You paste your website, it works out what you sell and who should buy it, then finds those people through buying signals on LinkedIn: engagement on a competitor’s posts, a job change, someone asking for a recommendation, a company hiring for the problem you solve. It writes the invite and the follow up in your voice, waits for the accept, sends the first message, and keeps every reply in one inbox. Review every message, or let it run.

So if what you need is a searchable database of contacts to export into your own sequencer, buy Apollo, Lusha or one of the other eight tools above. If you need LinkedIn’s own current profile data with InMail reach, buy Sales Navigator. EaseClaw is worth your time in one specific case: you run one LinkedIn account, you do your own selling, and the part you actually want off your plate is deciding who is worth writing to and then writing to them, not searching a database for a list to hand to a sequencer.

Questions

Which ZoomInfo alternative should I actually buy?
Start with the job, not the tool. If you want a database and a sequencer in one seat, Apollo does both for $49 a seat a month billed annually. If compliance and phone-verified numbers matter more than self-serve speed, look at Cognism, though you will need a sales call to see a price. If you want the lowest all-in entry cost for verified reveals, Lusha starts at $37.45 a month billed annually. If your data has to be LinkedIn's own current profile rather than a third-party database, Sales Navigator is the one built for that. If the part you actually want off your plate is deciding who to write to and then writing to them, that is the lane EaseClaw is in, and it is not a database at all.
Is ZoomInfo legit?
Yes, it is a real, long-running company with the largest named contact and company database of the group, and its G2 rating reflects that: 4.5 out of 5 across 9,154 reviews, read 26 September 2026 as GTM Workspace, Powered by ZoomInfo. Its Trustpilot score tells a different story, 1.8 out of 5 across 337 reviews the same day, with recurring complaints about pricing opacity and rigid annual contracts. The gap is not a contradiction: G2 skews toward verified enterprise buyers evaluating the product itself, while Trustpilot captures more small business owners frustrated by the sales and billing process. Both are real signals about different parts of the experience.
How much does ZoomInfo cost?
ZoomInfo does not publish a price anywhere on its own site, and its pricing and marketing pages returned a bot-verification wall rather than a plan list when read on 26 September 2026. A SaaS pricing benchmark, Vendr, reports a median contract of $33,500 a year across 1,573 tracked purchases, with a range from about $7,200 to over $155,000 depending on seat count, the platform chosen (SalesOS, MarketingOS, TalentOS or OperationsOS), data credit allocation and contract length. Treat that as a third party's reported range, not ZoomInfo's own number, since nothing on ZoomInfo's own pages confirms it.
Is there a free ZoomInfo alternative?
Several of the tools on this page have a real free tier, not just a trial. Seamless.AI's Free tier runs 50 credits for one user with no time limit. Kaspr's Free tier renews 15 B2B email, 5 phone and 5 direct email credits every month, forever. Apollo's Free tier grants 900 credits a seat a year. Lusha's Free tier gives 40 credits a month with no card required to start. None of these come close to ZoomInfo's database depth, and every one caps you well below what a working sales team needs, but they are genuinely free rather than time-limited trials.
What is the difference between a contact database and an AI outreach agent like EaseClaw?
A contact database sells you access to records: you search or filter, spend a credit to reveal an email or phone number, and export the result. What happens next, deciding who is actually worth writing to and drafting the message, is still your work. An agent does part of that work itself: it builds a picture of who should buy from you, watches for people who match it right now, and drafts the message. EaseClaw does not sell contact records at all; it finds warm buyers on LinkedIn from signals and writes to them, which is a different product than any database on this page, not a cheaper or more expensive version of the same one.
Which of these tools work without leaving LinkedIn?
Three of them are LinkedIn-native in different ways. LinkedIn Sales Navigator is LinkedIn's own search and messaging product, run entirely inside LinkedIn. Kaspr's Chrome extension reveals contact details from the LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite profile you are already viewing. EaseClaw connects to your own LinkedIn account and runs the whole outreach loop, the invite and the first message, on it. Apollo, Cognism, Seamless.AI, UpLead, Lusha, RocketReach and Clearbit are all separate database products you search on their own site or through a browser extension pointed at any page, not specifically built around LinkedIn.
How were the prices on this page checked?
Every price came from the vendor's own pricing page, read on 26 September 2026, with one exception: ZoomInfo's own pricing and marketing pages returned an automated bot-verification wall rather than pricing on that date, so its cost is reported from a third party pricing benchmark, Vendr, and clearly attributed as such. Apollo and RocketReach render their pricing tables with JavaScript, so a real browser tab was used to read the rendered numbers where a plain fetch returned an empty shell. RocketReach's own page served Indian rupees rather than dollars at the location this was read from, and that is disclosed rather than converted or guessed. Every other figure is a direct read of the vendor's own published plan card.

What EaseClaw looks like

Our product, so you can see what the agent actually runs. Screens from the real app with demo data, and one illustration, labelled as such.

The EaseClaw playbook builder: send an invite, then a first message once it is accepted, or withdraw the invite and look for a work email if it never is
The playbook your agent runs, in the real builder: the invite, the branch on whether it was accepted, the messages, and what happens to people who never accept. Every step is yours to edit.
An illustration of the EaseClaw inbox, with a reply to a first message
Replies land in one inbox. Illustration with example people, not a customer account.

What if you never had to search a database?

Paste your website. Your agent works out what you sell and who should buy it, finds those people on LinkedIn from buying signals, and writes the invite and the follow up in your voice. Seven days free, no card, then pick a plan to keep going.
