Refund Policy

Last updated 3 July 2026

This page is provided for general information and is not legal advice. We may update these policies as the product evolves and will post any changes here. Questions? Email support@easeclaw.com.

The $9 trial

The $9 / 7-day trial is a one-time charge that unlocks your chosen plan for 7 days so you can evaluate EaseClaw before committing. Because it is a discounted, upfront evaluation fee, the $9 trial fee is non-refundable.

If you cancel before the 7 days end, you will not be charged the plan price — you simply keep access through the end of the trial. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to your plan’s recurring monthly price.

Monthly subscriptions

EaseClaw subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing: your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that.

  • We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
  • Cancelling does not trigger a refund of the current month — it stops the next charge.
  • Renewal charges are not refundable once the new period has begun.

Exceptions

If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a billing bug on our side), contact us and we will investigate and correct it. Where a refund or withdrawal right is required by the consumer-protection law that applies to you, we will honor it. Because Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for your purchase, refund requests may also be handled through Dodo in line with their policies.

How payments are handled

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Dodo and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to cancel or request a refund

Cancel anytime from your account settings, or email support@easeclaw.com and we will help. For refund questions, email the same address with your account email and the charge in question.
