Terms of Service

Last updated 11 August 2026

This page is provided for general information and is not legal advice. We may update these policies as the product evolves and will post any changes here. Questions? Email support@easeclaw.com.

1. Who we are

EaseClaw (“EaseClaw”, “we”, “us”) is a self-serve AI lead-finding service operated by its founder as an individual (sole proprietor) based in India. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record and reseller of the Service. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EaseClaw website at www.easeclaw.com and the EaseClaw application (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. Questions: support@easeclaw.com.

2. What the Service does

You give EaseClaw a website URL. Our AI agent builds a profile of what you sell and who your ideal customers are, then monitors public posts across supported platforms (such as Reddit, Hacker News, X, and others), scores each match by likely buying intent, and drafts suggested replies, connection notes, and messages in your voice. On plans that include them, you can also use the optional Outreach Features described in Section 3, under which LinkedIn invitations and messages are sent from your own LinkedIn account, inside campaigns you configure and within limits you control.

You choose how much control to keep. Drafted replies to public posts are always yours to review and post yourself, from your own accounts — EaseClaw never posts, comments, or publishes to any public feed or forum on your behalf. For the outreach described in Section 3, you choose the control mode for each campaign: review and approve every item before it is sent, or set your audience, message templates, and sending limits and let your agent send within them. In either mode, sending happens only inside campaigns you configured, only with message text you wrote, and only within hard limits our systems enforce — and you can pause or stop it at any time. You are solely responsible for everything posted or sent from your accounts through the Service.

3. Outreach Features

3.1 What they are, and the two control modes. The Outreach Features are optional and available on plans that include them. When you enable them, EaseClaw sends LinkedIn connection invitations (with or without a note) and first messages to people who accepted your invitation, from your own LinkedIn account, as part of campaigns you set up. You configure each campaign: the audience it targets, the invitation note and message templates it uses (your own text, with an optional first-name fill-in), and the sending limits that apply. Each campaign runs in one of two modes, chosen by you:

  • Review mode (“Copilot”). Nothing is sent until you have reviewed and approved it in your dashboard, person by person or in batches you select.
  • Agent mode (“Autopilot”). Your agent selects people from the campaign audience you configured and sends your templates to them without a per-item review, within the limits described below. This is the default mode for new campaigns. During a free trial, all campaigns operate in review mode regardless of this setting.

In both modes, sending is deliberately paced and subject to hard daily limits, a gradual ramp-up, working hours, and automatic pauses on warning signals, all enforced by our systems and applied identically in both modes. You can see everything queued and sent, edit or remove queued items, switch a campaign between modes, pause a campaign, or turn sending off entirely, at any time.

3.2 How sending works (sending infrastructure). By default, sending runs from our systems through a third-party session provider (an infrastructure subprocessor identified in our Privacy Policy): you connect your LinkedIn account on the provider’s own hosted sign-in flow — EaseClaw never receives or stores your LinkedIn password or two-factor codes — and your connection is operated through a dedicated proxy pinned to the country you tell us you use LinkedIn from. This lets your campaigns run without your browser being open. Alternatively, sending can run through the EaseClaw Chrome extension, from your own browser and your own logged-in LinkedIn session. Your dashboard shows which sending path is active, and you can disconnect the hosted connection at any time. The Privacy Policy describes what data is shared with the session provider and how.

3.3 Scope of automation. Connection invitations and the first messages described above are the only actions the Service automates, and only inside your campaigns and limits. The Service never posts, comments, or publishes to any public feed; never sends outreach outside the campaigns, message templates, and limits you configured; never replies to conversations on your behalf; and does not read or store your LinkedIn conversations — where the sending infrastructure notifies us that a person you messaged has replied, we use that event to stop contacting them, not to read your inbox.

3.4 Your responsibilities. You may use the Outreach Features only to contact people you are lawfully permitted to contact. When your campaigns run in agent mode, everything sent is sent on your standing instruction: you chose the audience, wrote the message templates, and set the limits, and the Service acts as a tool under your control in carrying them out. Approving an item, or activating a campaign in agent mode, makes each resulting message your message, sent from your account. You are solely responsible for: (a) the content of every invitation and message your campaigns send; (b) compliance with the laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam and electronic-marketing laws (such as CAN-SPAM in the United States and the ePrivacy/PECR rules in the EU and UK) and data-protection laws (such as the GDPR) with respect to the people you contact; and (c) compliance with the terms, policies, and rules of any platform on which your outreach appears.

3.5 Third-party platforms and account risk. The Outreach Features operate on third-party platforms we do not control. Those platforms’ terms of service restrict or prohibit automated activity — LinkedIn’s User Agreement does — and platforms may limit, restrict, or close accounts they believe are automated, at their sole discretion, with or without warning. By enabling the Outreach Features you acknowledge and accept this risk. The pacing, limits, and automatic pauses we apply are risk mitigations, not guarantees, and we make no representation about how any platform will treat your account or your outreach. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EaseClaw is not responsible or liable for any action a third-party platform takes against you or your accounts — including warning, restriction, suspension, or termination — whether or not related to your use of the Service, and such action does not entitle you to a refund except where required by applicable law. We may lower limits, pause sending, or suspend the Outreach Features, for your account or for all accounts, at any time if we believe it is necessary to protect you, other users, or the Service.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@easeclaw.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Plans, the free trial, and billing

  • EaseClaw is sold as a monthly subscription across two tiers (Pro and Business). Prices and plan limits (sources, keywords, and projects) are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. A free plan is also available and requires no payment method.
  • The free 7-day trial costs $0 and grants access to your chosen plan for 7 days. It is offered on every paid plan, on monthly billing only. A valid payment method is required to start it, and no charge is made when it starts.
  • Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to the recurring monthly price of the plan you chose on day 7, and renews monthly until cancelled. We email you the exact amount and date when the trial begins.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.

Payments and Merchant of Record. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as our Merchant of Record and reseller of the Service. Dodo handles the transaction, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT, and is the merchant on your card statement. Your use of checkout is also subject to Dodo’s terms. We do not store your full card details.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing — your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and it is not renewed after that. Cancelling during the free trial costs you nothing, because nothing was charged. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • send spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messages, or otherwise violate the rules or terms of any platform you engage on;
  • break any law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or post deceptive, misleading, or unlawful content;
  • contact people you have no lawful basis to contact, including through the Outreach Features;
  • circumvent, raise, or evade the sending limits, pacing, or automatic pauses the Service applies, or connect or operate an account that is not your own;
  • scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service, or attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent access controls or rate limits.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of the third-party platforms where you reply or send outreach. We may suspend the Outreach Features, or suspend or terminate accounts, where we believe use of the Service creates risk for you, for other users, for the people being contacted, or for us.

8. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the website details, keywords, and other content you provide. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service — for example, to analyze public posts, generate scores, and draft replies for you. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI scoring and drafting), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and Dodo Payments (billing). Data sources are fetched from public platforms and third-party data providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party platforms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, response rate, revenue, or outcome. Intent scores and drafted replies are AI-generated estimates and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before acting. We do not guarantee that invitations or messages sent through the Outreach Features will be delivered or accepted, and we do not guarantee that use of the Outreach Features will have no effect on the standing of your accounts on third-party platforms. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the sending infrastructure: queued outreach may be delayed during provider interruptions and resumes when the infrastructure recovers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EaseClaw will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, for lost profits or revenue, or for the loss, restriction, or suspension of your accounts on third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of India. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you where you live.
