Terms of Service

1. Service Description

EaseClaw provides a hosted OpenClaw deployment service, allowing users to deploy OpenClaw instances on dedicated Hetzner VPS servers. Our Service simplifies the process of setting up and running your own AI assistant on Telegram or Discord.

2. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must register for an account via Google OAuth. Each person is allowed one account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Subscription and Payment

Our Service is available at $29 per month. Payments are processed through Dodo Payments and billed monthly on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied within the first seven days, contact us at support@easeclaw.com for a full refund.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Service continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, all server data is permanently wiped and you will lose access to your instance.

6. Instance Limitations

Each user is permitted to deploy one OpenClaw instance in the current version of our Service.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing valid API keys from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google
• Complying with your AI provider's terms of service
• Keeping your account credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

8. API Costs

You are solely responsible for any costs associated with your AI provider API usage. The $29 monthly subscription covers only the EaseClaw hosting service and does not include charges from third-party API providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes. The following activities are prohibited:

• Conducting illegal activities
• Sending spam or unsolicited communications
• Abusing or harassing other users
• Mining cryptocurrency
• Consuming resources excessively beyond reasonable usage
• Attempting to access other users' servers or data

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

10. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability.

11. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

12. Intellectual Property

OpenClaw is open-source software. The EaseClaw hosting platform is proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary software without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

EaseClaw is not responsible for:

• AI-generated outputs or their accuracy
• API costs incurred from third-party providers
• Data loss that may occur during use of the Service
• Any damages arising from your use of the Service

You acknowledge that you use our Service at your own risk.

14. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to your data and services.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes, we encourage good-faith negotiation first. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may pursue other legal remedies as permitted by law.
