Roundup · Updated September 2026

The best LinkedIn automation tools in 2026, ranked honestly

Ten tools, four lanes, and every price read from the vendor’s own page on 8 September 2026 with a link so you can check it. The list is grouped by who each tool is for, because a tool built for an agency running fifty client accounts is the wrong purchase for a founder running one. I built number ten, which is why it sits in its own lane rather than at the top.

Read this first

I am Pritesh Mann, the founder of EaseClaw, and EaseClaw is number ten on this list. I have not run the other nine myself. Everything about them comes from their own pricing pages, help centers, home pages and changelogs, plus public reviews on Trustpilot and Capterra, each read on 8 September 2026. Every price is linked to the page it was read from, so you can check it yourself in about thirty seconds.

The rank numbers are list positions inside four lanes, not a scoreboard. Number one is not better than number nine for your job. Inside a lane I have put the option that fits the most buyers in that lane first, and said in the same breath what it costs you to choose it.

Some things are missing on purpose. There is no G2 rating anywhere on this page, because G2 refused every request on 8 September 2026. There are no founding years, no funding totals and no headquarters, because those came only from third party profiles. No vendor claim about what happens to your account appears here, mine included, because none of them can be checked from the outside. Where a fact would not verify, there is a gap rather than a number borrowed from somebody else’s listicle.

The ten, side by side

Entry prices, not the promotional ones. Expandi was running a limited discount on the day I read its pricing page, so the standing price is what appears here.

EaseClaw
our product

How each one runs and what it bills for

The billing unit decides your bill more often than the sticker price does. HeyReach, Expandi, Linked Helper and Waalaxy count LinkedIn accounts or licenses. Dripify, Lemlist and Meet Alfred count people. La Growth Machine counts identities, Skylead counts seats, and EaseClaw counts the workspace. That is why two tools with the same monthly number can cost very different amounts in month three.

The four lanes

Rule out three of these in a minute and the shortlist writes itself. Most bad purchases in this category are lane mistakes, not tool mistakes: an agency product bought by one founder, or a browser extension bought by someone who wanted sending to carry on overnight.

Many LinkedIn accounts, one dashboard
Built for agencies and teams sending from several accounts at once, and priced around the accounts rather than the people.
One LinkedIn account, sequences you build
You bring the list and write the steps. The tool runs invites, messages and follow ups on your one account.
LinkedIn and email in one sequence
Multichannel senders. The same campaign can invite on LinkedIn, then email, and in two cases call or send a Twitter message.
An agent that finds the buyers
You do not upload the list. The tool works out who should buy from you, finds those people, and writes to them.

The tools, lane by lane

One card per tool: what it does in the vendor’s own words, the entry price, who it fits, one real strength and one real weakness. Where a quote appears, it is the vendor’s own wording from the page linked at the foot of the card.

Many LinkedIn accounts, one dashboard

01
HeyReach

Cloud sending built around rotation. Connect several LinkedIn accounts and HeyReach will "automatically rotate sending between them", running connection requests, messages, voice notes and profile views, with every conversation landing in one inbox. A Campaign API shipped in April 2026 under the line "LinkedIn outreach is no longer locked in a browser", alongside a CLI and an MCP server for driving campaigns from code.

Entry price
$79 per LinkedIn sender per month
Best for
Agencies and teams sending from several LinkedIn accounts at once.
Free plan or trial
No free plan. A trial is offered, and only the Unlimited tier names a length, 30 days on request.
What stands out
It is the only tool here that puts the seat question in writing: "HeyReach don't charge you for adding team mates, VAs, clients or users." Add a virtual assistant, a client or a colleague and the bill does not move.
What to weigh against it
One person on one account pays the same $79 a sender and gets nothing back from the rotation the price is built around. The complaints in its own public reviews are about how long support takes to answer.
02
Expandi

Cloud sending with nothing installed: "Everything runs in the cloud", with a "dedicated country-based IP per account". Its sequence builder is the deepest here, combining "10 different actions and 10 conditions in one sequence based on your prospects' behavior", and email follow up runs through an email provider you connect yourself.

Entry price
$99 per LinkedIn account per month, $79 billed annually
Best for
Experienced operators who want branching sequences without installing anything.
Free plan or trial
No free plan. Seven day trial.
What stands out
Email follow up uses your own provider rather than a metered credit pack, so the email side does not meter you a second time.
What to weigh against it
One published tier at $99 an account and no cheaper way in. The Agency tier needs ten seats and its price is not published, so you cannot budget for it from the website.

One LinkedIn account, sequences you build

03
Waalaxy

A Chrome extension that runs invites, messages and follow ups from your own browser, with optional email follow up and a built in email finder the site claims has "a guaranteed 61%+ match rate". Integrations run through HubSpot, Pipedrive, Make, Zapier and n8n. The AI assistant on the home page is still labeled "(soon)", so it is announced rather than shipped.

Entry price
EUR 19 per user per month, free plan available
Best for
A solo founder who wants the cheapest paid start, and a free plan to try before paying.
Free plan or trial
Yes. The free plan runs "3 quotas per day and per action" with no time limit, and the paid plans have a 14 day trial.
What stands out
Nothing else on this list lets you send anything at all without paying, and the free plan does not expire.
What to weigh against it
It is a browser extension, so the sending happens in your own browser rather than in the cloud, and a license covers exactly one account: "You therefore need to take out as many Waalaxy subscriptions as LinkedIn accounts."
04
Linked Helper

A desktop application, and it says so first: "Desktop app, not a Chrome extension. No code injected into the LinkedIn page." It carries the widest action list of the ten, from connection requests, InMails and messages to profile visits, skill endorsements, follows, group invitations, event messaging, post likes and comments, withdrawing pending invites and scraping your messaging history, across LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Recruiter and Talent.

Entry price
$15 per license per month, $8.25 on a twelve month term
Best for
Budget buyers and power users who are happy to run a desktop app.
Free plan or trial
No free plan. Fourteen day trial with the full Standard and Pro feature sets.
What stands out
At $15 a month it does more than tools charging five times as much, and a twelve month term takes it to $8.25.
What to weigh against it
It runs on your machine, and cloud storage is a paid upgrade that roughly doubles the entry price: $29.90 against $15 on Standard, $59.90 against $45 on Pro.
05
Dripify

A per seat cloud sequencer with a broad action list: connection requests, LinkedIn messages, Sales Navigator InMails, profile views, endorsements, post likes, profile follows and email sequences. The email finder is metered, with 100 credits a month included and packs from $29 for 1,000.

Entry price
$59 per user per month, $39 billed annually
Best for
An individual rep or a small team that wants one straightforward sequence tool.
Free plan or trial
No free plan. "7 days (no credit card required)."
What stands out
Three published tiers, so the price can grow with the team, and a public update log with releases in January, February, April, May, June, July and August 2026.
What to weigh against it
The features a team actually needs sit at the top: team management, lead tagging and A/B testing are Advanced only, at $99 a user, while the $59 tier runs one campaign at a time.

LinkedIn and email in one sequence

06
Lemlist

Email first, with LinkedIn added on the Multichannel plan: invites, messages and voice notes, plus SMS, a WhatsApp add on and built in calling. Data is metered at "$0.01 per credit", with a verified email costing five credits and a phone number twenty.

Entry price
$109 per user per month for the plan that includes LinkedIn
Best for
Email first teams adding LinkedIn as the second channel.
Free plan or trial
No free plan. A "14-day free trial" of Multichannel, no card.
What stands out
Multichannel gives you five senders per user, so one seat covers more than one sending identity.
What to weigh against it
The $69 Email plan has no LinkedIn automation at all, so anyone buying this for LinkedIn starts at $109 a user, the highest entry price on this list.
07
La Growth Machine

Multichannel sequences that put LinkedIn invites, messages, voice messages and profile visits next to email, phone calls and Twitter or X in "a single multichannel sequence", with a monthly allowance of enriched leads on every plan.

Entry price
EUR 60 per identity per month
Best for
Multichannel teams who would rather run one flow than stitch three tools together.
Free plan or trial
No free plan. Free "without card details, for 14 days".
What stands out
Team members are included free up to a plan limit, so the bill follows sending identities and not headcount.
What to weigh against it
Those identities are the bill: "An identity is a seat for which you can automate on all three channels", each one "billed separately", starting at EUR 60. Three people sending is EUR 180 a month before anything else.
08
Skylead

Cloud sequences that mix connection requests, LinkedIn messages and InMails with view and follow steps, and email at volume: "Connect unlimited email accounts and send 100 000+ emails per month", plus "infinite email warming", AI enrichment and an AI SDR add on.

Entry price
$100 per seat per month
Best for
Operators who want LinkedIn and high volume email under one bill.
Free plan or trial
No free plan. Seven day trial.
What stands out
One flat $100 seat covers both channels, with no separate email platform to buy or wire up.
What to weigh against it
The public review trail is thin: two Trustpilot reviews, both one star, on an unclaimed profile. That is not evidence of a bad product, but it is nothing to lean on either.
09
Meet Alfred

Cloud automation across the widest channel spread after Linked Helper: "profile views, endorsements, connection requests, messages, InMails, Emails as well as Twitter DMs", wired to Zapier and webhooks. It sells to everyone from "a solo founder" to "an agency managing 50+ client accounts".

Entry price
$59 per user per month, read from Meet Alfred's own comparison pages
Best for
Teams who want LinkedIn, email and Twitter in one place, and agencies at ten seats or more.
Free plan or trial
Nothing published that I could read on 8 September 2026.
What stands out
Its Agency plan is $799 for ten users, which works out at $79.90 a user and undercuts its own $99 Business tier.
What to weigh against it
Its pricing page and help center both refused every request on 8 September 2026, so these figures come from Meet Alfred's own comparison pages instead. Treat them as the least certain numbers on this page.

An agent that finds the buyers

10
EaseClaw our product

Paste your website and the agent learns what you sell and who should buy it, then finds warm buyers on LinkedIn from buying signals: people engaging with a competitor's posts and pages, people who just changed jobs, people asking for recommendations, companies hiring for the problem you solve, people commenting on your own posts. It writes the invite and the follow up in your voice, waits for the accept, then sends the first message, and every reply lands in one inbox.

Entry price
$99 per month, one LinkedIn account per workspace
Best for
A founder running one LinkedIn account who wants the list found rather than built.
Free plan or trial
No free plan. Seven days free on every paid plan, card on file, $0 today, cancel anytime.
What stands out
The list arrives from buying signals instead of a CSV, the invite and follow up are written in your voice, and meetings are the number the dashboard tracks.
What to weigh against it
One LinkedIn account per workspace, so no rotation and no agency dashboard. No email sending of its own, no InMail, endorsements, profile visits or post liking, and no CSV upload into a campaign yet. It is a 2026 product with a small customer base and no third party review trail to check it against.

Two of these have a full comparison of their own, written the same way as this page: read the HeyReach comparison if you are deciding between senders and an agent, and the Dripify comparison if you are choosing between a sequence you build and a list you are handed. If your shortlist is wider than LinkedIn, the best AI lead generation tools guide covers the databases and the AI sales development tools this page deliberately leaves out.

Every plan, every price

Three prices carry a warning. Meet Alfred’s pricing page and help center refused every request on 8 September 2026, so its three figures were read from Meet Alfred’s own comparison pages instead. Waalaxy shows a yearly discount badge whose amounts never rendered, so only its monthly euro prices are here. HeyReach’s pricing page and its help center describe the $999 tier differently, so this page uses the help center wording of 25 senders and quotes no price for a 50 sender bundle.

What three seats really cost

Every tool on this list quotes a price for one person. Almost nobody buys one. Here is the same entry plan and the next plan up, multiplied out for three people each sending from their own LinkedIn account, with the arithmetic shown so you can check it rather than trust it. All inputs are the prices in the table above, read on 8 September 2026.

Nine of the ten multiply linearly. Nothing here gets cheaper per person until an agency bundle, and the smallest bundle in the group is ten users, at Meet Alfred, where $799 for ten works out at $79.90 each and undercuts its own $99 per user tier. The two break even points worth knowing before you talk to a salesperson are in the numbers below.

And what a warm list costs us

The first three numbers are ours, measured on EaseClaw’s own outreach rather than modeled, and they are not an industry benchmark. They are here because they answer the question the price tables cannot: what it takes to get a list of people who already engaged with your competitor, which is the input every tool on this page assumes you already have.

People who engaged with the competitor and creator posts we pulled
1,672 people across 44 posts, about 38 a post
Source: EaseClaw engager ledger, marketing/harvests/engager-ledger.json. As of 2026-09-08.
What it cost us to pull those engager profiles
$3.37 for 1,434 profiles, about a quarter of a cent each
Source: EaseClaw engager ledger counters, 6 to 10 August 2026. As of 2026-08-10.
Engagers who turned out to be vendors selling a competing tool
286 of 1,672, or 17 percent, all excluded before any outreach

Cheapest against dearest entry plan at three seats
$45 against $327 a month, a spread of about 7.3 times
Source: computed from the entry prices in the table on this page, all read 8 September 2026. As of 2026-09-08.
Senders at which HeyReach's bundle beats per sender pricing
13 senders, because $999 divided by $79 is 12.6
Source: computed from heyreach.io/pricing and the HeyReach help center. As of 2026-09-08.
Seats at which Skylead's Agency 50 beats per seat pricing
10 seats, because $999 divided by $100 is 9.99

Read together, those numbers say something the price tables do not. Pulling the people is cheap and it is not the hard part. Roughly one in six of them was another vendor selling into the same room, and taking those out by hand is the tax nobody quotes you for. The method behind those harvests, and what to send once you have the list, is written up step by step in the warm lead system, and you can pressure test a message you are about to send with the free outreach message grader.

What buyers say in public reviews

One praise quote and one complaint quote per tool, from the same platform, read on 8 September 2026, so neither side is picked to suit an argument. Quotes are trimmed for length, never reworded. Where a tool has no complaint quote it is because none rendered on the page that day, which is not evidence that none exist.

Two reviews is far too thin to judge a product on, in either direction.
EaseClaw
Our product. It launched in 2026 and has no Trustpilot, Capterra or G2 profile with reviews on it, so there is nothing here for you to check me against.

Capterra adds one more reading, on the only tool here with a meaningful count on that site. Expandi sits at 4.4 across 31 reviews, with “Possibly the most robust LinkedIn tool on the market” at five stars in May 2023, and a two star review from March 2023 saying the features promised did not work for that buyer.

Where EaseClaw fits, and where it does not

Since I built one of these, here is its lane in plain terms so you do not buy it for the wrong job. EaseClaw is your AI agent for LinkedIn outreach. You paste your website, it works out what you sell and who should buy it, then it finds those people through buying signals: engagement on a competitor’s posts, a job change, someone asking for a recommendation, a company hiring for the problem you solve. It writes the invite and the follow up in your voice, waits for the accept, sends the first message, and keeps every reply in one inbox. Review every message, or let it run.

It is narrow on purpose, and the next section lists five things the other nine do that it does not do at all. So if you run several accounts, buy HeyReach. If you want conditional branching in the cloud, buy Expandi. If price is the constraint, buy Linked Helper or start on Waalaxy’s free plan. If email is the main channel and LinkedIn is the second, buy Lemlist or La Growth Machine. EaseClaw is worth your time in one case: you run one LinkedIn account, you do your own selling, and the part you actually want back is the work of deciding who is worth writing to. The other nine start from an audience you define.

Where the other nine are better than EaseClaw

Five things the tools above do that mine does not do at all. If any one of them is how you sell, buy the tool that does it and stop reading here.

Several LinkedIn accounts on one bill

HeyReach rotates sending across as many senders as you connect and charges nothing for the people who use it. Expandi, Skylead and Meet Alfred all sell agency tiers from ten seats up. EaseClaw is one LinkedIn account per workspace, so none of that is available at any price.

Email at volume, in the same sequence

Lemlist carries 50,000 emails a month, Skylead adds unlimited sending accounts and its own warm up, and La Growth Machine puts email, calls and Twitter beside the LinkedIn steps. EaseClaw sends no email of its own and hands non responders to Instantly instead.

InMails, endorsements, profile visits and post likes

Linked Helper runs the widest action list here, down to group invitations and event messaging, and Dripify and Meet Alfred both send InMails and endorsements. EaseClaw does none of those. It writes invites and messages, and that is the whole of it.

A list you already have

Every one of the nine takes a list you built, from a search, an export or a file, and starts sending against it today. EaseClaw cannot take a CSV of prospects into a campaign yet, so a list you already own has nowhere to go.

A price floor and a track record

Linked Helper starts at $15 a license and Waalaxy has a free plan that does not expire, against $99 a month for EaseClaw. Waalaxy, Meet Alfred and Linked Helper each carry hundreds of public reviews. EaseClaw launched in 2026 and has none.

Questions

Which LinkedIn automation tool should I actually buy?
Pick the lane before the tool. If you send from several LinkedIn accounts, HeyReach bills senders and gives extra people away free. If you send from one account on a budget, Linked Helper at $15 a license or Waalaxy at EUR 19 a user are the cheapest real starts, and Waalaxy has a free plan. If you want LinkedIn and email in one sequence, look at Lemlist, La Growth Machine or Skylead. If you want the people found for you rather than uploaded by you, that is the lane EaseClaw is in.
What do these tools cost for a three person team?
Multiply, because nine of the ten bill per person, per license, per account or per identity. Three seats runs from $45 a month on Linked Helper local storage to $327 on Lemlist Multichannel, using each tool's entry plan as read on 8 September 2026. Nothing on this list gets cheaper per head until you reach an agency bundle, and the smallest bundle in the group is ten users. So the question that decides your bill is not the sticker price, it is what the vendor counts.
Do these tools run in the cloud or in my browser?
Both shapes are on this list, and the difference is worth a minute of your time. Waalaxy is a Chrome extension and Linked Helper is a desktop application, so both run on your own machine. The other eight, Expandi, HeyReach, Dripify, Lemlist, La Growth Machine, Skylead, Meet Alfred and EaseClaw, run in the cloud, and Expandi gives each account a dedicated country based IP. The choice usually comes down to whether you are happy for your outreach to depend on your own computer being on.
Which of these tools send email as well as LinkedIn messages?
Lemlist, La Growth Machine, Skylead and Meet Alfred all run email inside the same sequence as the LinkedIn steps, and La Growth Machine adds calls and Twitter on top. Expandi sends email through a provider you connect yourself. Dripify includes email sequences with metered finder credits. HeyReach does not send email and integrates with senders that do. EaseClaw does not send email either, and hands non responders to Instantly instead.
Is there a free LinkedIn automation tool?
One, and it is qualified. Waalaxy has a free plan with no time limit, capped at what its own documentation calls three quotas per day and per action, which is enough to see how the product works and not enough to run a campaign. Everything else is trial only: seven days at Expandi, Dripify and Skylead, fourteen at Waalaxy, Linked Helper, Lemlist and La Growth Machine. HeyReach offers a trial without publishing a standard length, and Meet Alfred publishes nothing I could read on 8 September 2026. EaseClaw is seven days free with a card on file, $0 today, cancel anytime.
What is the difference between a LinkedIn automation tool and an AI outreach agent?
An automation tool executes a plan you supply: your list, your steps, your copy, sent on a schedule. An agent decides part of it. It builds a picture of who should buy from you, picks people out of live buying signals against that picture, and drafts the message for each one. You still set up the campaign and the message, so the difference is not whether a human is involved, it is how much of the work arrives already done.
How were the prices on this page checked?
Each one was read from the vendor's own pricing page or help center on 8 September 2026, and every row in the price table links to the page it came from. Three exceptions are marked where they appear. Meet Alfred's pricing page and help center refused every request that day, so its figures come from Meet Alfred's own comparison pages. Expandi was running a limited discount, so the standing price is shown and the promotion is not. Waalaxy's yearly amounts never rendered, so only its monthly euro prices are here.

What if the list arrived already built?

Paste your website. Your agent works out what you sell and who should buy it, finds those people on LinkedIn from buying signals, and writes the invite and the follow up in your voice. Seven days free, card on file, $0 today, cancel anytime.
